You will go through 3 rounds of interviews and never get a call back. If you call them they still wont give you a yes or no. So far the only thing they say is “soandso is out of office so we can’t give any feedback”.... Your life will put on hold as they give you a non answer about moving on. They will give you just enough hope that you get to decide if you should continue to wait. They will say “I will email you” and “I will call you back” but never do. I put my life on hold for almost a month before giving up. Not once did they say anything to make me think I didn’t have the job. I was kept in limbo. Ya’ll need to re think how you treat potential employees. Read the other reviews. Maybe they are not responding because of all the internal fires. I used to think Splunk was a great company. Now after the reviews and the inability for HR to respond with a yes or no... I’m thinking they don’t value people. The actual team members I interviewed with seem awesome. My review says no offer.
