I presented a "why me" presentation that allowed me to sell myself to the leadership team. I truly enjoyed the questions and transparency that I received from leadership. I loved to be able to showcase my skill set and speak to my advantages.
Interviewed with nine people including all of RSR team and VP. Mostly short making sure you are a good fit vs experience only. Hiring manager was first round followed by VP then individual members.
