1 Phone Screen, followed by three back to back on site interviews. Chill guys, awesome work environment, but it seemed like they were interviewing me for a job I wasn't even qualified for.

Entretien
I applied in early January 2021 and received a reply about a month later to schedule the first round interview. First round wasn’t too technical. 2 weeks after the first round I was contacted to schedule the final round interview. I thought the interview went well although the interviewers seemed a little unresponsive. After completing the final round I contacted my recruiter but never received a reply, after multiple attempts in the following 2 months I handed in the towel. This in particular made my experience negative. Final round interview with not even an automated rejection email + being ghosted by my recruiter was a little harsh. I’m sure this doesn’t speak for the entire company as I’ve heard great things but this is just my experience.
