I had recently did till 2 stage interviews....but after my second interview it went well. They didn't have a courtesy to give me a proper feedback even after several follow-ups but instead they ghosted me. I would urge them at least give candidates a proper feedback even if it's negative or positive for proper closure as they have invested their time and efforts for the interviews.
