J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spreadex en févr. 2024
Entretien
Applied to Spreadex through a recruiter. I was anticipating an initial screening call but was instead sent a take-home test. I was told they were open to applicants from backgrounds other than C# but the take-home test *must* be completed in C#. Nothing about the test looked to me like it couldn't be completed in any other OOP language as it seemed to be about code structure and clean design rather than anything specific to C#.
Declined to proceed further as setting up a viable .NET environment for a couple of hours of writing an initial screening test didn't seem pragmatic. If you're a C# developer with your code environment already set up, the test should be quick and easy.
I asked another question through the recruiter which was not answered. Not a great first impression for a candidate for what otherwise seems like an interesting company.

Question 1
Write a Visual Studio application to solve a toy problem about a set of types. It's really about code structure and OOP.
first take home test, then live coding exercise on a teams call, then code review, then in-person interview. overall not the hardest interviews ever, but i was not given feedback given at any stage

I received a coding exercise shortly after expressing interest in the company and sending them my CV. They were communicative until the first exercise but then disappeared. Didn't get any kind of feedback.
