I applied online than there was a get to know you phone call, than an in-person interview. I didn't get an offer and when asked why they said I didn't have certain experience which wasn't listed in the job description.

Lengthy and time consuming. Appears to drag it on with multiple rounds with multiple people. Seems as though they could reduce the time a candidate spends in interviews and make decisions a lot quicker
