The interview process was actually quite good. The recruiters were very communicative and I never felt like they left me hanging. They set expectations for timelines and I felt I was given what I needed to prepare for each interview. Offer negotiation was a positive experience and between that and the positive interview experience, I decided to accept a position despite glass door not having fantastic reviews.
