It was a confusing process. It took a long time and felt unprofessional even though everyone was friendly and the company seems like it’s in an exciting place. I was verbally offered the position by an executive and then was sent a form email from HR saying I didn’t get the job. HR explained that they felt I lacked enthusiasm? So strange. Lacked structure and clarity from recruiting. Also it’s odd that they don’t have any statements about inclusion or diversity and so I wonder if bias played a role? I just feel uneasy.
