You get contacted through LinkedIn or get selected through an outsourcing consultant company they have contracts with. You're then asked to solve two to four programming exercises using a virtual jury platform, from easy to intermediate difficulty, on languages such as JavaScript and SQL and also libraries such as React. Depending on your results, you're contacted to present a virtual interview with HR, then, an additional one with an engineer who makes you technical questions of common development technologies related to your speciality. If you are selected you may get an offer between 1-2 weeks later.
