The interview process for me was nice and seamless. Interview Process Consisted of 4 interviews: 1.HR phone screen A recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screening. The next day I had the phone screen. The recruiter just asked typical screening questions based off my experience. 2. Team Lead / Supervisor Interview This interview was very easy going and informative. The lead has behavioral questions but it’s really to get to know one another. 3. Peer Interview This interview was very informative. It gave insight on the expectations and duties for the role. This interview was very relaxed and easygoing. 4. Manager Interview: Arguably the most important interview. Behavioral / situational Questions based on prior experience and hypotheticals pertaining to how you would handle at spring. Side Note: HR works quick; once you finish an interview someone coordinates the next interview almost immediately. (Totally impressed by that)
