30 min recruiter call, three 45 min interviews with progressively more senior management. All done over phone or zoom link. First zoom interview with direct supervisor, Second zoom interview with program manager. Third zoom interview with program director. All had the same format.

Interview process was straightforward. One thing to note is that the company culture is intense and managers have so much responsibility that their attention is completely fractured. When you are in your Zoom interview, you might feel like the people interviewing you are actually doing other things, which they probably are. The interviewers did not make any eye contact at all. Having been hired, I have yet to see a manager who is able to stay completely present in any meeting, because they are constantly responding to Slack messages. Ironic for a mental health company - just know that you might not experience mindfulness, presence or connection with your interviewers. Don't take it personally.
