I came in for an interview after the first email they sent to me. I was shown the menu and rotation of food given to the residents and asked if I was familiar with the food (for cook position). They asked about my confidence of being alone in the kitchen and working alone in the kitchen, why they should hire me, why I choose them, questions about previous experiences in a kitchen, and then questions about availability/personal questions.
