Screen by recruiter then hiring manager and team. Then there is a panel interview with a short presentation. I was prepared and enjoyed meeting everyone. The recruiter set the stage for the process, shared benefits and company culture.
The overall process was very long and tedious. Some 5-6 rounds of interviews and panels. The process could have been better and clearer overall. Communication back and forth could also have been clearer and more structured.

Entretien
The selection process consists of three phases: an initial interaction with the functional Manager, followed by discussions with HR and the Area VP. The final step involves a panel presentation.

Entretien
In total there were supposed to be 6 rounds. The first 3 rounds went very well, that was literally said during the interview and then I never heard from them again. Even after a followup email from my side. Super unprofessional, especially because they approached me and I was very flexible to find time in their schedule.
