Submitted an application online. Got a call 2 days later to set up an interview. Showed up at date and time. No one seemed to be expecting me. They were confused why I was there. It was a really odd interview and I could tell they were going through the motions.

Met with assistant manager for interview. She asked questions about college plans, long term plans for employment, and the reason for applying to Sprouts. Good eye contact; I received positive feedback on how I responded to the questions.

I saw an email about Sprouts Hiring Day and applied for the position online. The following day I walked into the store for open interviews and spoke to the general manager for about 15 minutes. He asked me some customer service related questions, gave a brief overview of the company and its values, and a brief description of the role expectations, salary, etc.
