Very interesting hiring process. I went through an initial application and programming evaluation where I was actually weeded out for having a pretty awful resume. Eventually I showed my worth at a company hosted meet up and was given a second chance. After that I interviewed via Google Hangouts, had an in-person group interview, and lastly have a 2 hour pair programming interview. After all the interviews were done, the team met and voted on whether they thought I would be a good fit for the job.
