Entretien
The first interview was done over the phone with Cheri where she asked me a series of questions to get to know me and also to see what i'm looking for in a company. I was given information on the service Squaremouth provides and the culture they stand for. The 2nd interview was completed with one of the team leads. The entire process felt like I was conversing with friends. Cheri and Felicia were so down to earth and spoke very highly of the company and the role which naturally made me want the position even more because I could tell how happy they are with the company. I was well informed about Squaremouth and the Claims Adjuster position as well as Travel Insurance.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth. The interview was very informative. It was made clear to me that this position wasn't just for someone who could do the job, but was also a fit for Squaremouth's culture and claims team. That was a difference maker for me.
