The interview was easy and quick. They asked me for my transcript before getting the interview. After they asked me about my experience and asked me what I would do in certain situations.

Pretty easy interview process. It wasn’t too difficult as long as you prepare and practice situational questions as back up it’s pretty simple. I think they are more lenient because there is training also included.

Started with a short phone interview, which led to an on-site interview with 2 Assistant Directors. Mainly consisted of role-plays on how one would handle difficult situations with residents
