I had the interview with the service manager, Ron. He doesn't seem to have any set interview process. Basically, it's a casual talk and I had to drag out all the information that I needed from him. Whatever questions or subjects you want to go over with him, you need to bring them up and keep at them until your satisfied. He won't go over key subjects unless prompted.
