Entretien
A phone interview with the nurse manager which was followed by an in person interview on the desired unit with the same nurse manager. After that is a peer interview with other nurses and members of the healthcare team before getting the job offer.

Entretien
Interview done in business casual clothing over a zoom call and consisted of 6-8 questions. 3 questions were anecdotal. There is an opportunity to ask questions and negotiate start date based on preceptor availability.

Entretien
They asked me some questions about myself, clinical experience, and nursing school just to get to know me. Then they were asking more interview type questions like what ifs. Interview was about 45 mins.
