Long and time consuming, there are many hoops to jump. Not sure if it's still the same, its not needed. You have to complete an assignment and a test and then do a role play.

Role play exercise was at start of interview. The interview questions were sent in advance and written tests done online. Guidance is provided on how to prepare and show transferable skills at interview
