The interview process was quite simple and consisted of a zoom call with TA and an interview with the hiring manager. While the interview with the hiring manager was conversational and enjoyable, my experience with TA left much to be desired. First, TA showed up 5 minutes late to our call. They laughed about the team being "full of work" and said, "I was going to let you know I would be late, but figured it better I just show up late instead." This is a huge red flag, but I carried on. Throughout the interview, TA made it a point to look out their window while I was speaking, giving me signs that they weren't listening to what I was saying. The recruiter also made an interesting comment about how they team is interviewing a variety of people "because they don't know what they are looking for", which was concerning to hear. They did not ask if I had any questions and instead ended the interview with, "Well I feel really good about this. How about you?"
