The interview process was very seemless and I had a wonderful time connecting with their team. I had one initial phone interview, a technical interview, take home assignment, and finally I presented my project in the final round of interviews.

1. 30 mins Hr screening
2. 1 hour Interview with Manager, Programmatic Analytics, mostly talking behaviour questions and previous work experience.
3. take home assignment with slides
4. Final Interview with presenting your slides, plus they will ask some spicy questions to test your agile respond.

Entretien
The whole process was terrible. I had no contact with HR and went straight into video interview with hiring manager and one colleague.
Right after the call they asked me to complete a pretty easy and straight forward exercise in Excel. I was given two days to complete the exercise, but decided not to pursue the opportunity. I send my apologies and was grateful for the opportunity but never heard back.
It was already a red flag that no HR person reached out for a phone screen and to answer any of my questions or provide an outline of what to expect during the interview process. I am glad I withdrew my application as it seems the company is somewhat disorganized with their hiring process.
