Worst training I’ve ever sat through. No hands on, no refresher courses. In a weeks time the trainer talked for 30 mins about the industry. The rest of the time was talking and cutting up about other stuff.

Very simple just go in and answer a few basic questions. They ask you about past jobs and how you behaved in certain situation. I found the interview to be very easy.
