The process was fair for a Graduate Trainee. The panel was welcoming and the length of the interview was as well good. I was given enough time to think on my response and preparation.

There are two stages to the interview process for the grad program. The first interview is with one of the Finance team members and the last one is the psychometric assessmet that is online and monitored by the assessor.

The questions ranged from personality type to some technical so prepare well and research the company.
