The process began with an Online Strengths Test, followed by two tests. Logical Reasoning Test(Talent Q) and a Numerical Reasoning Test(Talent Q). Ensure you take the practice tests before attempting the actual tests. I you pass the three tests, you are then required to take a Hirevue Video Interview which I have now completed.
