Honestly, the best I've had so far. They don't give online assessment that usually work as a pressure cooker. They give a game and allow you to think through in a more relaxed environment and the game results tell you what you're good at, not crushing your spirit about what you're not. More companies should honestly employ this. I haven't gotten a response yet, but I loved the process.
