The interview itself was fine. The interviewers were friendly, and the meeting felt more like an informal conversation—getting to know each other—rather than a grilling with rapid-fire questions. My main issue was with the communication from the recruitment team. Leading up to the interview, everything was handled well, and they kept me informed. However, after the interview, I didn’t hear anything back. I followed up three weeks later to check for an update, but no one responded. It’s disappointing to invest time in preparing for an interview, researching the company, and even taking time off work, only to be completely ghosted afterward.
