Not too bad at all, just study about the company and fund accounting basics. You will be all set. The interviewer was nice. The HR was nice. The office was also nice.

1st round with some sort of HR person asking behavioral questions, background, for 30 minutes, next round with manager, asked some basic accounting questions, how to handle accrued expenses or something like that and the journal entry.
