Entretien
Two step interview, both virtual. First for 15 minutes as a personality match. Second is 30 minutes with higher up principles of the firm. They ask about your career journey and what your experiences have been so far. It was quite formal feeling with about 5 people in the second interview.

Entretien
I applied online through the Stantec's careers page and was contacted within 1-2 weeks. The interview was conducted virtually via Teams with two Project Managers/Architects. During the interview, I presented my portfolio and walked through several of my projects.

Entretien
Applied through email and heard back the following week on the phone to set up an interview. Interview was about an hour long at the NYC office and centered mainly about company goals, mission, and my past work experience. Afterwards I took a Revit test that lasted about an hour before heading out.
