Nothing very difficult. The questions were easy to answer. They were more about finding out whether I would be a good fit instead of testing what I know. HOWEVER, Stantec has small offices scattered around the country (and the world) despite being a big company so it really depends on which office you are interviewing for. The interview process is not managed centrally by HR so everybody's experience can be very different.
