Simple and easy Straight on point Gave them direct answers on what they were looking for. Got tired of their interview process so I started questioning them on designing and technical part where they got thinking on where they stand.

Entretien
Interview went well, super friendly. Got an offer extended 5 days later. The hiring manager told me to make sure it is the offer I want and encouraged me to negotiate. The offer was rescinded because of the 12% difference between their offer and mine. Apparently, negotiating anything more than what they are willing is frowned upon.
Had an hour interview from two mid-level employees. I was asked about past work experience and what my current interests were. I didn't have to answer any technical engineering questions.
