Very casual, conversation based interview. First interview was more standard interview questions and the second interview was more getting to know about me. Asked about what software I have experience with and what division I would like to be apart of.

first was a teams interview. second was a in-person interview with tour of the company. the teams interview was more of a general conversation about who Stantec is and what they are looking for in a potential candidate. The in-person interview was a tour of the office but also asked what my experience was, my industries i worked in, more technical questions.
