Spoke to HR over the phone for around 20-30 mins then we scheduled an in person meeting. I met with HR at the headquarters for around 45 mins, then I met with the man i would report to then 2 others at the office downtown. Everyone was super nice and professional UNTIL 6 months into working there....
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
