Referred to Staples by a friend and completed a phone interview with the hiring manager and his boss. From there I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager's boss and within a few days an offer was extended. Very basic and simple interview questions were used to gauge business accumen and personality type as related to the preferred sales associate profile.

The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
