Friendly, however seemed like they did not quite have business plan secured -as some questions that were discussed had some less than beleiveable answers. Apparently a 6 day work week- Commissions only paid quarterly. less than a percent of commissions. Not sure if they were overshooting there goals to test applicants or not.
