I applied through university recruiting portal for the Supply Chain Data Analyst internship.
First round was 2 in-person interviews. Both interviews focused on resume based questions and questions on past experiences.
Second round was 4 telephone interviews. All interviewers focused on detailed questions based on past experiences, interest in Staples, etc.

Describe a data/analytics based project you have done in the past
got interviewed in the office and was told that if i show effort and work as hard as possible and show my customer service skills that i would be hired in 2 months. i worked for an extra month and still not official staples job.
First got the interview through employee referral. Two rounds with MDs, only fit and behavioral questions. Hear back in a week. Caring and great working environment. Great work life balance.
