Interview was ok. Being that it was my very first in the US, I was asked a few tech related questions, about processors, printers, computers. Also i was asked how to make recommendations to a customer who has no idea was type of computer they want. That's pretty much what you'll be doing as an easy tech associate for a start. Understand customer needs then be able to make the right recommendations

Asks if you have sales experience. Asks if you know anything about fixing computers. He wanted to see if I have anything against closing. They will likely take just about anyone they think put in effort at selling. There was no drug test.

Entretien
Two interviews. Basic skills interview with which steps you would take to resolve a issue with customers PC. Last interview just goes over previous experience. On second interview it was apparent I would be offered the position.
