Pretty standard process - at the outset there was a telephonic interview conducted by a few people and the hiring manager. I was then called in for an in-person interview. A few people from the group I was getting hired for and another group interviewed me. They asked questions related to the job from their standpoint on what they were looking for in a scrum master.

Great questions - my previous experience, situations I found challenging, how I worked in those situations, my proud moments, if I had situations previously similar to what I might face in this job should I get hired etc.
