Just a casual meetup session. No formal interview.

The interview process was swift and simple. Did not ask much technical stuff other than how you would handle a customer under different circumstances. Most importantly how you would handle a customer that is unreasonable and demanding. Also would ask you why you want to work at Starhub. As well as comfort level on working on weekends, basically 5days a week regardless of weekends.
