First, a phone call with HR. Followed by a technical interview with the manager. Then, an online technical aptitude test. Then, an online behavioral aptitude test. Then, received call to on-site interview. On site: A 1 hr presentation of any of my technical project(s) of my choosing, followed by questions. Followed by four rounds of technical interviews, lunch and HR interview.

Presentation, multiple hour long sessions. Double teamed by company technical experts, for multiple 'technical skills evaluation' sessions. Good if you're good at pop quizzes, bad if you're more of a thoughtful, behind the scenes "take problem, and methodically and quickly find the answer, and carry out rigorous solution and testing" type of person.
