The Interview process was very unorganized. The first interview the HR woman didn't even call me and I emailed her secretary to find out a time that works for her and it took her 4 weeks to get back to me! and that was after I emailed her and asked her what was going on. Assessment day was very well organized, however. Everything was planned and done very well. The major issue is that its been two months and I still haven't heard back. Many times during the Assessment Day we were told that they would let us know if it was a Yes or a No. I accepted another offer already but it is EXTREMELY unprofessional not to let people know even if it is a No from them. Especially when all the candidates are recent college grads and are all equally as confused and anxious.
