I was contacted by an EA who worked for the head of Human Resources. I was asked to have an hour long phone call with the head of HR which i scheduled. When it came time for the call, I spoke with the head of HR but was surprised that the VP of Business Development was also on the call. I had not been told that there would be another person. It was clearly communicated that I would only be talking to 1 person. I managed the surprise, and the interview commenced.
