A detailed interview that tested my experience with sales, networking within the community and my ability to also pivot to other products. The interview was professional and very educational. The agent gave me an overview of what was expected of me as well as what the entire agency's goals were.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
