Easy process. Apply online. Will then get an email either turning you down or asking you to proceed to the next step. (Email should come within a week or so). There are some questionnaires you have to complete and an assessment test. You do the assessment at home on your own computer (don't have to go anywhere). The test consists of a typing section, a data entry section, and a customer service section. It's all pretty easy but you want to have pen and paper to help just in case. Set aside at least an hour for the test. Next you'll set up a phone interview that will last no longer than an hour. The interview was really easy and the interviewer very sweet and personable. You'll be asked typical background questions and some behavioral questions (tell me about a time when). Make sure you sound enthusiastic about the company and the job. Ask about the department's culture and community and say that you've always wanted to work for them. The more you suck up, the better. Sometimes they'll offer you the job on the spot but you may have to wait a week or so. They'll give a contingent job offer and you have to pass your background check and drug test. Everything is done online or over the phone except the drug test which can be done at a local testing facility. You won't need to go to State Farm until your first day of work. Don't let the easy hiring process fool you though, the training is difficult and intense.
The interview process for ILR and for CCC sounds very similar to SFPP so those may be helpful as well.
