I was identified as a competitive candidate within a week of applying and had a phone interview the following week. Questions were simple and no mock phone call. Was advanced to next stage (online test) which was also simple.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
