The hiring process was surprisingly easy for this agency (**interview experience may vary depending on agency you apply to). The whole process took about a week. I interviewed with the office manager first and. She asked about my previous work experience and told me about what my role would be here, compensation and bonus opportunities, etc. Literally had an interview with the agent 30 minutes later. The agent was really more interested in learning about me as a person. He asked very few traditional interview questions. The only ones I was asked was about my education and my availability. "I could care less if you have a college degree, I just care that you will become licensed and can sell". They had me do a wonderlic test (similar to an IQ test)--passed that. Then he ordered a background check for me and once I passed that, I was hired later that week.

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
