It was a phone interview and I was asked various behaviorial questions. Make sure you answer in the STAR format and be precise! They also go over the job position with you. Always ask questions. I was told over the phone that I got the position.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.
