I did one interview with the hiring manager. She was pleasant and explained the process well. It took about 30mins. I received feedbackin 3 days with an offer. Gave me instructions of were to do a back ground check and emailed me the offer.

Applied initially online. Phone interview after passing online skills tests. Skills tests included listening to mock calls and rating effectiveness of various responses. Typing speed test also included the skills needed. Have to be very dedicated to customer service and finding solutions

Entretien
Applied online and took the pre-employment assessment test. Basically, picking the correct answer for such case they provided and personality test. I didn't answered by personality questions very honestly but I think that test want you to lie as much as you can do get the job. It almost felt like they wanted to hire people who can lie professionally. I don't think that should be an assessment process if that's the case.
