I applied online and then was emailed that I got a phone interview. The phone interview was with 2 team members and was approximately 45 minutes long. They were very friendly and told me a lot about my possible position. I did not get a second interview.

The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
