I was lucky to have received a phone interview and a face-to-face interview for two positions with State Farm at the same time. The whole process took 1 month and the interview was in STAR format. Unfortunately, I didn't get neither postion. I was told that I was very professional and I answered the questions correctly but they are looking for someone with more experience, even though its an entry-level position. Of course, I won't have the same experience as 32 year old or a 50 year old but I am very mature for my age (I am 24 and received my interview at 23) and I am a hard worker and I wish they looked at those characteristics. My advice to job seekers that I learned from different interview processes, make sure you show interest such as: remind them that you want that position and why you will make a perfect fit and after face-to-face ask for their contact information so you can follow-up as well as send a thank you email. SHOW interest, you have to stand out! It's hard out here!

It's was not bad, more easier than I thought, I suggest that the options to the questions should be stated there just as it was in the sample test. Like some questions that have two correct answers,I never knew that you can click two boxes. It's really bad to discover when you are almost done.
